4/5 - Good
We were not in the area for long, but we did wander down the high street which was historic and full of interesting independent shops. There is a really nice riverside walk

Very impressed with the room

Pool was lovely, and the room size was great. Breakfast was pretty poor with most of the food cold. The toaster was also broken. Small fridge in the room was a nice touch although never really got cold enough to cool drinks. Tv was broken and kept turning off after 2/5 mins.

Very good in general

Wifi very poor. Poor selection of biscuits when the clubhouse is so remote and closed on an evening. Breakfast expensive for 1 sausage, 1 poached egg and two fatty rations of bacon and 1/2 a tomato & 1 slice of toast with no marmalade or butter.

The Abbey was particularly beautiful, the river walk also. The restaurant, I think called The two Abbots, was very good.We did not dine at Tewkesbury Park as it was overpriced, however breakfast was excellent
