I was in town for a formal dinner and found this place. I've stayed at Best Western before and have found them a good chain and this one was no exception. Perfectly situated just a stone's throw from Hyde Park, it's a very nice period character hotel. The room was quiet and warm, WiFi was great and everything was clean and tidy. I had to do a lifestyle photoshoot the following day and the Hotel willingly allowed us to use their very nice Library coffee lounge as a backdrop, which was perfect. Breakfast was very good with an excellent selection of hot and cold food - even plenty of oranges and a squeezer if you love fresh organs juice. I would most definitely stay here again if in town. Very minor issue, shower water pressure was low but just adequate.

Clean, tidy and efficient. Well located for central London. A good hotel, I would stay there again.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and in a good location.
