"Stayed here many times over the years. Great location, character building, friendly staff, superb breakfast, easy parking. Tempered on this particular occasion by ineffective room air conditioning and a dog basket & dirty glasses to greet us outside the room on arrival. Hopefully these points will get sorted soon."

"Lovely room, nice outlook and outdoor seating. Big comfy bed. Staff extremely helpful and friendly! Good choice of quality food at breakfast. Dined in Mint restaurant, food very nice! Great golf course, well maintained despite the current very dry weather, greens were in great condition!! Fantastic views of surrounding countryside! In a great location for visiting Tewkesbury Abbey and town centre. Plenty of free parking at hotel, which is a bonus, as quite easy to walk into Tewkesbury. One thing that could be improved is more obvious and improved signage on the Deerpark walk. Map helpful but little or no signage on the actual route. Didnt get chance to use the indoor swimming pool but it looked good and also had an outdoor jaccuzi and sunbed/seating area. All in all we had a lovely two day stay!"

"A charming cottage in the lovely town of Tewkesbury with a full kitchen, laundry in the courtyard, a beautiful full bath and classic furnishings. A short walk into town via a medieval alley way so easy access to high street shops, and the gorgeous medieval Abbey. We very much enjoyed our stay here."

"Lovely place ! Really impressed ! Joan needs to chill out and get some help but she really is a great host and presents beautiful rooms, lovely house, fabulous location and convenient parking albeit a little odd with not really knowing who is going when and how to contact each other if you are out so take note and swap numbers maybe ? Can’t fault it though and as much as brekkie was a little fatty towers it was excellent and a nice atmosphere all round."

"A great cottage for two families and grandparents. Very well equipped, in particular for the children, with board games, garden games, darts and ping pong.We understand that an old property is difficult to keep clean from spiderwebs but a bit more effort could be done. Towels were oddly distributed, with bath towels in the toilets and hand towels left on the beds.Other than that, we had a great stay. Great comms with the host"

"Great location. Lovely rooms as I’ve stayed in the hotel many times. Comfortable and clean. Gorgeous toiletries to use. Small car park but parking near by if you can’t park at the hotel but I’ve only had this issue once or twice. Highly recommended hotel"
