Everything about this place is FANTASTIC - the location, the staff, the rooms, etc. I wish that all the places I've stayed in as I've traveled around England were as nice as this place! Definitely worth a stay if you're going to Gloucester.

The room was really clean and well put together. The AC was a god sent considering the heat wave that was going on. Staff were exceptional. Food was great and we really enjoyed the roof top bar. Will definitely be back

Would recommend if looking for a hotel in Gloucester. New hotel with great amenities in rooms. Helpful reception team and lovely breakfast. Roof top bar had a great buzz with views . Qpark next door makes for easy parking!

A beautiful shiny new hotel with well thought through design and such aesthetic decor. The staff were helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The roof top bar was a definite plus, with fab views, it just made the weekend for me and my friend who had a long overdue catch up. So close to the station, an easy weekend away.

This is a fabulous base for exploring the Cotswolds. The staff is very helpful, and the restaurant is very good. There is also a shopping area close by (King’s Walk). The hotel car park is difficult to access. There is construction that prevents Google Maps from providing accurate directions. The front desk staff tries to give directions, but it was hard to digest. Overall the hotel room and amenities and breakfast were quite good.

This is a beautiful (new) hotel in the centre of Gloucester really close to all the attractions and shops. The rooms are spacious and really comfortable; great beds, big fluffy towels and modern bathrooms. There are USB-B and USB-C charging points beside the bed which is great for international travellers. There is also a fridge, complimentary water, lots of beverages, a small bottle of real milk and a Nespresso machine. There is also a wardrobe with complimentary dressing gowns, clothes steamer and hairdryer. Definitely recommend to anyone

Very comfortable, with more individual design features than your average chain, and the Gloucester Indigo seemed very reasonably priced compared with some other cities. The staff are very helpful. We hadn't booked to include breakfast at £17.50 each per night, but found that paying at reception before 11pm the previous night got us breakfast for £15, while it would be £20 on the day. It was decent value at £15. Very convenient for rail and bus stations, and easily walkable to the cathedral and other places of interest. Check before booking that the museums etc will be open when you go.

Brand new hotel in a convenient location - easy walking distance to the station and the cathedral. Parking arrangements in the nearby Forum multi-storey worked well. Staff especially helpful while getting used to the new facility themselves. Quality of food excellent both at breakfast and for all-day dining in the ground floor open plan restaurant. Prices above average but value for money in terms of quality. We came here for the Three Choirs Festival and were pleased to find a good quality hotel within easy distance to and from the Cathedral. We were given an accessible room with additional facilities to accommodate someone with mobility issues. 5 Stars all round.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo. The staff were very polite and accommodated all of the requests I made before our arrival. Our room was very quiet, and the bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever experienced in a hotel. The hotel is very centrally located and within easy walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and local amenities, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. During our stay, we visited the rooftop bar, which was beautifully decorated and had a lovely atmosphere. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend staying here.
