"Great location and lots of posh pubs around the hotel to go meals in the evening. We had our meal at Bistro Pierre, which is attached to this hotel Lovely food and great service too. We booked for breakfast and that was good too. We will defo stay here again. Thanks for Fab service to all the friendly staff at the hotel and Bistro Pierre too. "

"There was no spa pool, tried to make a booking before our stay for a massage, was sent a message staying our request was waitlisted? When arrived at the hotel we were told there was no availability for massages on any of the 3 days we were staying so in my opinion little point in calling yourself a spa hotel if you have 1 part time person available to do massages "

"Don’t come if you’re a family. Came last night and the restaurant doesn’t cater for children. Paid for a meal which my daughter couldn’t eat as it was over seasoned for adults then got asked for a tip. Then left our swimming stuff in the room by mistake came back to collect but as ‘after three’ apparently no one in the hotel can access the area or tell me if it’s been found. Poor communication and no attempt to assist from the staff. Be aware the pool and spa are extra with limited access time for children. Clearly focused on trying to be a ‘boutique’ Spa hotel and is in no way family focused. "
