"Great family hotel. We had a minor issue with a stain in our room on check‑in, but staff sorted it straight away. The place is clean, the team is friendly, and the kids loved the play corner and the games floor with pool and an arcade machine. It’s about a 15‑minute walk to the centre, with charming bars and cafés along the canal. Only a 15 minute drive to Chester zoo. Would happily stay again."

"From the moment we arrived, the staff at reception were welcoming, professional and helpful. They were happy to help with anything we needed during our stay. The room allocated to us was perfect - much appreciated. The whole hotel has a unique character and warm feel to it. We had food at the hotel, which was delicious, and had a lovely breakfast through room service. The spa facilities were clean and not over crowded and there was a lovely relaxing atmosphere in the bar in the evening. The grounds of the hotel are impressive and well kept. All in all, it was a perfect stay at a beautiful hotel with really welcoming and attentive staff. Thank you Rowton Hall - we had a lovely wedding anniversary."

"From arrival until departure, we felt like we were staying in a luxurious location with the coziness of home. Everywhere was spotless and the staff were all friendly. There is a beautiful restaurant alongside a stunning spa, which are additional but worth it."
