"This was the worst vacation I have ever been to 2400 for a "5 star resort " for 3 people for 5 days i was expecting great service day 1 was spent just trying to get a liveable room .... for a 5 stsr resort the room smelt FOUL like pure mold and mildew worse then a flooded out basment we had to go back and fourth with reception landed at hotel groudns at 3 wasnt fixed until about 6pm .. there solution was to " send a cleaning lady to room if still bad new room next day " no thsts not a solution for a 5 stsr resort luckily guest servixes solved most of our issues. The room AC was spotty when it was working room was cool but no blankets just a thin sheet the resort was " all inclusive food and drink" the food trucks at the beach was out of food within 2 hours of opening usually i tried getting food 4 days in a row and they had none we found a cocharoach in room had to call for towels all day long the pool boy took my card for the pool towels abd refused to give it back said 1 card 1 towel okay so i get 1 towel for a 5 day stay? But when i went to check out they wouldnt let us leave beucase we didnt have all our pool cards... make that make sense most staff was rude since i didnt speak spanish a handfull of polite staff only posotives was clean bathrooms all around and the nature parts of resrot were clean but not the rooms i will NEVER come here again wasted my money bad bad bad "

"The food is average. The rooms are average. It did seem like it wasn’t cool enough but it wasn’t a big issue. Not enough connections bring an extension cord. The area is nice with a lot palm trees. The staff were friendly. The pool is def a party vibe. The theme parties are fun. We had a great experience. Satisfied for the price, would book again. "

"Reservé en Serenade Resort and Spa por error, ya que mi esposa y yo íbamos a otro país, y tuvimos que hacer un cambio de un día para otro. Desde la recepción, la comida en los distintos restaurantes, el SPA, las piscinas, playa, habitaciones, hasta el todo el personal… todo fue una experiencia extraordinaria. Altamente recomendable para familias, parejas o si piensas viajar solo. De seguro repetiremos esta hermosa experiencia."
