Great property, everything was clean. Food was good, what you would expect from an all inclusive resort. Hotel staff were very nice. Activities in the resort were also fun if deciding not to venture outside of the resort. I’d give my overall experience and 8/10.

The airport shuttle was really nice and wasn’t stressful at all, the food was great, our favorite was oishii!! The staff was really nice!! We wished the pool was a little warmer but otherwise we loved our experience.

Enjoyed the complimentary access to Ennea Beach Club. The staff there was incredibly attentive and the drinks were amazing. The hotel itself has amazing food and plenty to do on property.

Very worth the money. The food was very good. I just wish they offer a golf cart or shuttle service to stop at the security gate bc they don’t let all tours in and we had to walk from the security gate all the way to the hotel. Also more frequent shuttle to the beach club I guess

Very clean and nice hotel with accommodating staff. They also organize a decent amount of events to keep you occupied if that's what you're into. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars this time is becuase we waited over an hour for breakfast on the rooftop on our last day which put a bit of a damper on the return travels.
