My daughter and I had a lovley 1 night stay here. We arrived an hour early and was able to check in and use the facilities. Friendly and helpful staff from the moment we arrived. Our from was nice and spacious, clean and inviting. We made use of the pool which was perfect and refreshing due to the hot weather. Lovley breakfast included. Will be booking again in the future 😊

We arrived very late after a delayed flight to Stansted. 24hour reception was very welcome & the staff were happy and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and great value for money.

We stayed for 3 night's, very clean hotel and room. Very friendly staff, restaurant is slightly expensive and food portions could be better. But on the whole, I wud recommend the hotel and wud definitely stay there again.

Just the ease of driving up to the main entrance to check in and friendly staff making the process easy in the middle of the night.

Comfortable and quiet. Five minutes / 1.5 miles drive to airport parking. Breakfast from 4am was a real bonus. Great staff. Would stay again.

I was impressed by the attention to detail for all the food courses and meals that we had. All very good.

Stopped here a few times and for an airport hotel, it's one of the better ones. The staff are super friendly and it offers great value for money. One pillow is too low and two pillows is too high. Woke up with a stiff neck and a headache from the pillows. This was sorted out by a lovely hot shower in the modern...

A warm welcome on arrival, lovely room with all facilities and a delicious cooked breakfast before we left. Would definitely book again and highly recommend to others

Lovely stay as always for a family birthday meet up celebration. The pools and leisure centre are heavenly, especially when the sun comes out. Real holiday vibes in the outdoor pool area. Restaurant food and service exceptional. Only criticism this stay was that the rooms were far too hot at night, couldn't control the radiator heat!

Lovely riverside location, plenty of parking, and very easy to be able to wheel luggage straight in, all on ground floor so no stairs to negotiate with cases. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Room with twin beds very comfortable, and although tis room had no window (which was made clear when I booked), this was not a problem, as very good lighting and felt spacious. Actually very cosy. Everything seemed new, super clean throughout, and very comfortable bed. Plenty of storage and...

Good friendly staff and pub food delicious. Hand for local amenities and comfortable quiet accommodation.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel and it was very close to the airport too.
