"What a hotel. Spotlessly clean, with an eclectic collection of treasures and trinkets from years gone by. The staff are amazing, and incredibly welcoming and friendly. The barman especially is a hard worker and a great conversationalist, building rapport with the hotel guests. I’d love to give the place 5 stars for the place, art collections and people. The only reason I can’t has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but the proximity to the DLR line which is close by the back of the property and you can hear it throughout the night. For the money, this is a brilliant hotel that’s a short taxi ride into the city or the west end."

"It was a studio for one night with kitchen. I was suprised to find that I did not have glasses, plates, utencils, pots or pans. I also did not have shampoo or soap. I did get body lotion. In my booking these were listed as included. They have a WhatsApp number to contact and after contacting them they said they would bring them up to my room. But after 2 hours I did not recieve them and had went out, I did not hear from them and did not recieve anything either. Its very great place to stay and great area. If the room included evrything its a 10."

"Excellent location, superb staff care and very good facilities. Air conditioning would have been helpful as the Dyson fan isn’t sufficient and neither was opening the window but that’s the only thing that would have made everything perfect."
