"The room could do with some maintenance, the bathroom needs renovating and one do the lamps in the bedroom was faulty. The restaurant was useful for dinner but quite high prices. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the terminal building which is very handy."

"Room was very clean. Washroom was very clean. Bed was good, we preferred a more wider bed. Also would have liked if they provided Hand and face towels. Room size was acceptable, but should have mentioned the room size in Hotel.com. Bath towels were very clean and staffs were very cordial. We will definitely recommend to our friends."

"Our stay at the Ramada Stansted was excellent. The room was spotlessly clean throughout. The beds were like a dream and the bed linen and towels were excellent. The staff on reception were friendly and welcoming and on entering the Ramada, you could see how inviting and clean the reception was. We did not have time for a breakfast, due to our early flight. However, we have had many deliciously tasting cooked breakfast at this particular Ramada in the past and really enjoyed it. When we stayed on 2nd September, the man on reception was fantastic, very helpful and very welcoming, which was a bonus straight away. We would give him 5 Stars *******."

"A lovely old-fashioned vibe permeates this hotel and the customer service is similarly first class. For the price of a bog standard chain hotel, one can enjoy a distinctly civilised stay in a grand old hotel set amidst lovely grounds on the edge of London. I'd highly recommend it."
