"Its was a great hotel, the room was very clean and in a great location for shops and tube station."

"It's a nice place to lodge comfortably"

"Excellent hotel and location"

"Room was clean but whole floor smelt of cigarette smoke. It’s a shame because the rooms are letting down the hotel as the rest of the hotel is very nice and it could be a top spot to visit. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the grounds were stunning! Food was also great but more on the expensive side. I had the burger on the menu (£18) it did come with chips and was tasty! Good place to stay if you want a short stay but it could do with some TLC"

"It’s a great location for flights from Stansted, with a complete breakfast, and an onsite restaurant for dinner, The staff were friendly and helpful."

"Pretty basic and seems a bit expensive for what they offer"

"lovely place to stay food good and very friendly &helpful staff"
