"Beautiful hotel with a warm Scottish welcome"
A modern, stylish hotel with old world service and charm. This is my second visit and there will definitely be a third. The rooms and common areas are gorgeous, the staff friendly and willing to go above and beyond, the food is excellent and the location is central and lovely. Each request is met with a smile and a prompt follow through.

First visit to this hotel and it was a very pleasant experience. Perfect location for where we needed to be and will more than likely be returning in the future.

"If I could give 6* I would. "
Beautiful surroundings, and attentive staff. Our room although probably not the best in the hotel was large, lovely view of th loch, clean & had all the amenities you could ask for. We didn't make use of the restaurant but breakfast had everything you could want, the free parking service was a boon as the car park was a few minutes walk & the weather wasn't great. All in all would definitely return for some more 5* pampering!

"Nice hotel close to city centre and SECC & Hydro"
The hotel was good, check in very pleasant and the room met expectations for a quality hotel. The staff responded promptly to any requests and the breakfast (buffet) was good although some items were lukewarm. The one thing that niggled was that the housekeeping could be better. We vacated our room around 10.00 in the morning and returned after one and the room had not been cleaned or the bed made up - this despite the housekeeping only being two doors away when we left.

"Wonderful Scottish hospitality"
It was my wife's first B&B experience and, for someone with Scottish heritage, it was a great first day and experience. The location was quiet and comfortable. The room as big and the bathroom updated. And the Scottish breakfast came with piping hot tea and eggs, bacon, and sausage right off the oven. The owner Francesca and her sister-in-law were very welcoming and we enjoyed our time chatting after breakfast. We would absolutely go back if we had the chance to be in the area again. Did I mention the tea was piping hot?
