First time staying here and pleasantly impressed with the overall standard of the room. Nicely furnished and a really good size too. Lovely bar area which I’ll definitely be checking out next time. I use quite a few Glasgow hotels and wasn’t really aware of this one but I’m glad I found it. Will definitely be coming back!

Nice stay with a few teething problems
Hadn't heard of or seen this hotel before - I think it's been very recently rennovated but is in a brilliant location for Glasgow City Centre. As such, some things were brilliant (interior decor is lovely and room was great) but also had a couple of small teething problems (toilet didn't flush, hatch left open). Was initially seen to by a very helpful guy and customer service was brilliant - then phoned down for the wifi and a different person couldn't seem to get me off the phone quick enough!
