"This is the best hotel I have stayed in for some time. The staff were excellent, a credit to the company, but the best part was the room - smart and comfortable and amazingly quiet for the location.
The only downside, and it is a small one, is that the breakfast area is rather small for such a large hotel. Perhaps it was that everyone decided to get breakfast at the same time! People were getting in the way of one another, and not waiting in a considerate manner. However, this was a minor irritation which did not spoil my stay. For me, the location virtually next to Glasgow Central station, was the trump card. "
"The room was exactly as shown on the website. The shower was great. I had a studio suite. It was big enough for me (solo traveller). I stayed 6 nights. I had requested a fan and they provided me with one. The one thing that was lacking in the room, was that there is no microwave oven. So i had to eat out. Couldn't reheat any food.
Overall my stay was very satisfactory. I didn't try their breakfast, I ate out
But they provided coffee, tea and milk."
"Loved my stay! The bed was comfy , the pillows were soft and not only that, I ordered room service and had the best mac and cheese I’ve ever had! It was the perfect room for my self care night! "
