Great location and good facilities for a short stay in Glasgow. Minor gripes on my say were that the private room I had (618) had a window that would not close so it was quite noisy late at night. Shower had no hot water at all unfortunately and there was a large no. of small flies in the bathroom ...
This is a very nice property and the room was clean and cozy. There are a concerning amount of homeless people in the area and on the street. The room was quiet through the night but in the morning, you could start hearing doors slamming. Overall, we had a nice stay.
The welcome was warm and friendly. They upgraded us at no charge and accommodations were great. Nothing negative to say. Also close to shopping/food area in Glasgow.
A very good hotel At a very convenient place at the center of Glasgow For sure it will be our choice again when visit Glasgow
I stayed here last year in March. I traveled by myself (female solo traveler) from America. I honestly didnt remember how this hotel looked like bc I remember walking in and thinking I was in the wrong hotel. I felt like I was in the Titanic. It was beautiful. The only downside was that I was so ...
The service was wonderful, and the breakfast offered was a fantastic deal.
Lovely hotel, extremely clean and staff very pleasant and helpful. The fridge in the room was locked and reception had to be contacted to unlock. As there is no mini bar why not just have the fridge open without the need to contact reception.
Good location for shopping and restaurants. An easy walk to the train station and Hop On Hop Off bus. Most attractions were walkable. Close to bus and subway service for other. Staff very helpful with info and directions.
Super friendly staff, close to city centre, smart controls in room are great feature
