Luggage storage was a great bonus and made life really easy. Location was great, central to shops and transport. Kitchen was well equipped, and the whole place was clean and welcoming. Check in was so easy with the code for both the entrance and door to the apartment. The apartment was very spacious and so well appointed with everything you would need for a short stay. Tea, coffee and milk was there for us too. Plenty of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. It was in a fabulous location in the city too. The luggage storage is a great idea on your check out day as it allowed us to stay in the city for longer without worrying about where to put the luggage. Property was extremely clean and communication beforehand was excellent! Claire did a great job! However, we had to park about 10 minutes away in the closest parking garage carting all our luggage. I was traveling with my elderly parents, so this was tough. Also, I forgot my toiletry bag and didn’t remember until about 10 hours later. I called Claire who called the facilities manager and my bag had been turned in!
