"Staff was amazing! Everyone, no matter their role, was so friendly and appreciative of the hotel guests. Fernando was the best ambassador Courtyard by Marriott could ask for! He brought the fun and made each person feel special as he made his rounds poolside with towels and conversation. Beach area was fairly private. Very quiet and came with lounge chairs and umbrellas. "Great location in Old San Juan. Stayed here for a wedding in the Hotel. Reception there was fantastic! The Hotel was an old Nuns Convent restored to a Hotel with its original vibe and the area surrounding it still has the original vibe of and older Puerto Rico. It has 5 stars but don’t expect a US version but a quaint and comfortable older rendition of the past with modern comfort. "
