"Took my daughter for a break from our caring duty for my elderly dad , the hotel was spotless , welcoming and staff were amazing and helpful , we stayed 2 nights and we have stayed in many hotels in Liverpool but I have to say the breakfast was exceptional, so much variety and so fresh , from start to finish it was amazing , we were in a courtyard room and the only small complaint was the excessive noise from either televisions or music past midnight which I did find annoying , overall I would willingly stay again , Thank you . Great location 5 minutes from motorway and only a few minutes from city centre and the zoo which is why we visited"

"Excellent property for the price. The room had everything in it we needed. All very clean. Staff lovely, friendly and supper efficient. Breakfast came as a nice surprise. Plenty of choice and hot drinks were available 24hrs. Would definitely stay again and recommend to all. The only off point is the price of parking. £24 for 24 hours but they did a deal with a car park a bit further away £18 . "
