Courteous staff and well looked after with our dog. Good situation for straight into the twin centre and plenty of parking.
A lovely hotel, plenty of parking, easy check in, very clean well sized room with every you need, super quiet, a very large choice of drinks in the bar and wonderful staff
Great stay in a beautifully decorated hotel, whoever has done the design needs a pat on the back. Very quiet room, we stayed in 207 which is a bit of a trek from the main bar but I have had worse. (Peckforton Castle). If I had a slight gripe its the evening menu is poor on choice which is why I did not score the complete review as excellent. A fantastic base for anyone visiting Oswestry.
Lovely hotel in brilliant position with lovely staff. Room and bathroom had a few scuffs around but weren’t detrimental to our stay. Staff really helpful and friendly. Thanks
Lovely hotel, really happy with our room. Had dinner and breakfast at the hotel which were both delicious. The staff were very polite and welcoming too
