Hotel room is very clean and the floor plan is very thoughtful. The toilet is in a separate section with the bath which is very convenient. Self check in is fast and easy to use. About 10-15 min walk to the main Shinjuku station area and 5 min walk to subway station (Red M line). 24hr 7-Eleven in basement and Daisy bakery in adjacent building which become our default breakfast spot. Room with 4 twin beds was spacious for Tokyo and worked well for our family. Highly recommended."
