"Very good location close to Farringdon station, lots of good pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. The room was quite compact (especially when the bed is lowered down for sleep), but clean, modern, and with all of the necessary amenities (except for a kettle, which I personally would have liked). Staff were helpful. I would definitely stay here again."

"Lovely hotel in a peaceful location, especially if you get a room overlooking Charterhouse square. Big windows give a great aspect. Just round the corner to Farringdon Station and a 15 minute stroll upto Exmouth Market. Special shout out to Victor on reception who made us feel very welcome."

"EARLY CHECK-IN A HUGE BONUS We arrived early around midday and expected to leave our case until 6pm when we could get back after a concert. However, our room was ready and they let us check in very early. This made our day much more relaxing. We stayed here many years ago and it has been nicely refurbished. The room was spacious as was the shower room and the fridge of bottled water in the corridor with an ice machine was very welcome. Outstanding breakfast quality at a fair price. Staff superb."

"We spent four nights at this hotel. * It was very clean * Comfortable space in reception to relax away from the bedroom * Bedroom was a comfortable size * Dinner for the four of us was expensive, but to be fair everything is at the moment. The food and service however were very good. * One concern - I badly sprained my ankle and the only bandages the hotel could supply was a triangular or knee bandage. "
