"The only issue was at check- in. I was assigned to room 309, but my key card wouldn’t work. The housekeeper took my card to get it reprogrammed at reception. While I was waiting, another young man came to #309 which he was assigned - and his key card worked. I went back to reception and I was reassigned to the correct room. The personnel housekeeping and reception) were very helpful and apologetic. I was grateful the error was resolved without incident. "

"Room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfy, facilities and bar excellent. Bar food was good. Breakfast was a quite disappointing and I wish I had just gone for a Starbucks coffee and croissant instead as that is inside the hotel."

"Great hotel, reasonably priced food compared to other hotels in the area. They have a large gym which is normally free to use if you go club rooms or a fee is booked non club. "
