"Excellent communication from staff and really helpful and friendly"

"There was no staff , can’t able to contact to manger , it was difficult to enter the property, there was no guidance"

"Only stayed 1 night and it was very good"

"We had a fantastic stay! The room was big, the TV worked well and the en-suite was great. Breakfast was nice."

"The room was clean beside a blood stain on one of the duvets. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was an issue as the road was being resurfaced, but the staff did tell us where the best place to park was. The breakfast was excellent, it really set us up for a day in the hills. Overall a good value room for visiting the Lakes."

"Great place, fab staff. Breakfast was excellent"

"Excellent location, food, staff and rooms"

"Very nice stay"

"A lovely modern and spacious room with a little kitchenette and nice touches. Restaurant food was delicious. Great value and for great accommodation. Safe secure parking."

"Great budget hotel with extremely friendly staff and good location."

"Great location if you’re coming and going by train. Ask for a room “not” facing the street - mine did and even with ear plugs the traffic noise was quite loud. (Doesn’t help old school single pane windows which I suppose is common there.) Shower was also weak and stain on duvet cover was, even though small, gross. That said, location, staff and breakfast (included) were great."

"Only a short stop over but most enjoyable stay."
