There is a lot of renovation work going on but the hotel is still functioning well.
Maybe a couple of the staff on reception could be better trained on check in and check out etticet.

"Room was clean and tidy, staff were friendly. Perfect locale for catbells with nice country pub down the road less than 5 minutes away and close to the lake. Breakfast was definitely worth it. Enjoyed my stay."

"We had a relaxing stay at Burnside and would recommend here for a place to stay in Keswick. Great access to the lakes, and Sharon is a fantastic person, and had plenty of local information to share - we could have spoken to her all day. Hopefully we will stay here again in the future!"
