"Comfortable beds, great shower very clean accommodation throughout, very friendly staff and great choice at breakfast, which is served from 8am perfect if you want an early start. 2 mins away from Keswick square and on the Cumbria way route highly recommended"

"Amazing staff, great location and parking The food is average and the menu is very limited, the room (19) has been updated recently but was right by the the main road and a noisy extract fan on the floor below which came on at 4.15am every morning. Overall it’s a nice big hotel that has been in the process of renovation for the last few years. It would be a much better experience if they could expand the menu and quality of the food."

"Lovely hotel, clean comfortable room all be it a bit small even though it was described as a cosy double it was small, ok for a 2 night stay but would not be ideal for longer. Air conditioned was a bonus Breakfast was excellent both mornings."
