Overall my stay was okay. The road the hotel is located on is very lonely in the nights and the parking facility is not the best. Water heater doesn't work that well either.
Great hospitality. The ding room staff was exceptional. I became a member of Iberostar Resort and got upgraded but I will trade the staff at the Rose Hall beach for nothing.
