Everything was so clean! The resort was very nice, and the buffet always had something I liked on it. If you want a party resort, this is the one to go to! Super fun to watch. I have nothing bad to say about this resort or staff. All were great. Will be back!

I had a pleasant stay overall. The bartenders, especially Shanti, provided excellent service, and the view from the property is truly beautiful. While I noticed a faint, unusual odor in the room, it was clearly well-maintained and spotlessly clean.

Staff were fun and very attentive. Shuttle service was prompt and you definitely had options. Pool area clean and loved the swim up bars. Overall, a nice resort to visit to relax or have a good time.

The resort was clean and beautiful. From free room upgrades and dinning. The rooms and staff were great. The entertainment crew was amazing. From parties, games, shows and bands. We had a blast, we will return.

Riu has the most delightful and helpful staff . Love the hotel . Will stay over and over again ! However , my husband left his credit cards and bank cards and id’s in the dresser in the room . Who do I contact to have it shipped out to us ?

I would highly recommend this whole time any related properties to anybody looking to stay in Montego Bay. Staff was amazing in the games that were played was amazing. The shows everything that’s a hotel offered was up to par or even better from the moment arriving on the property, I was greeted with welcomeness.

Food was amazing and the property was clean, staff was friendly and kind the only thing I would say Riu needs to work on the resort credit why give $600 in credits when it can only be used at the spa and it's not like you can use all of the credit for a spa visit they only take $40 off I think it's also fair to use the credit for the catamaran and all other resort activities makes a lot more sense otherwise the stay was amazing
