WELCOME TO SPRINGVILLE

Perched on a hill above Montego Bay, Springville is a five‑bedroom, fully staffed home on 3.5 acres of gardens. The view is wide, the breeze off the Caribbean makes the veranda the best room in the house, and the infinity pool is perfect for cooling off with a drink in hand. It is relaxed, private, and run by a small team who take genuine pride in the property.

This is not a resort. It is a home. The staff are warm, attentive, and good at what they do. They take genuine pleasure in looking after the house—and the people in it.

THE DAY‑TO‑DAY

Mornings start slow. Coffee on the veranda, a swim in the pool, breakfast when you are ready. Chef Vincent cooks what you like, shopping at local markets as needed. There is no room service button—you just ask. Kimberly, the butler keeps drinks full, Felicia, the housekeeper keeps the beds tight, and the gardeners keep the grounds lush. It is casual, not choreographed.

A FEW HOUSE NOTES

To keep things running smoothly for everyone, a few details worth knowing upfront:

• Check‑in is 2:00 PM–8:00 PM. Early arrival can sometimes be arranged. Check‑out is 11:00 AM.

• The rate covers up to six guests. Additional guests are $150 per night—just let us know in advance so we can arrange the rooms and staff accordingly. Unregistered visitors are not permitted on the property.

• The chef shops to your discussed meal plan. Expect the first grocery run to cost more, as it stocks pantry staples and basics; daily spending eases after that. Over a week, most groups average around $60 per adult per day. The $30 chef transport fee is added to the initial reimbursement.

• No pets. Smoking is limited to the outdoor patio.

• A $500 security deposit is held at booking and released after departure, pending inspection.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The house comfortably sleeps up to ten guests (two per room).

• UPSTAIRS MASTER – King bed, en‑suite bath with double sinks, rain‑shower, soaking tub for two, and private balcony with ocean view
• GARDEN BEDROOM – Flexible: two twin beds or one king, en‑suite bath
• QUEEN BEDROOM – Queen bed, en‑suite bath
• GROUND FLOOR MASTER – King bed, en‑suite bath with double sinks and rain‑shower; wheelchair‑accessible
• POOLSIDE BEDROOM – King bed, en‑suite bath with indoor shower, plus private outdoor shower and bathtub; wheelchair‑accessible

All but one of the ensuite bathrooms (queen) have double sinks. All have walk‑in rain showers.

Springville has a real gym—better than most hotels on the island:

All equipment is maintained and ready to use.
