Excellent Property & Vacation

Excellent property, spacious, comfortable outdoor space inside and outside of the elements. We were able to sit comfortably outside while it was raining under the covered patio. Great hospitality, Jackie and the team were absolutely great! Overall a wonderful property for a family or small group vacation.

Perfection!

This was our second time staying at Springville. It remains our family’s favorite vacation spot! The house, view and grounds are beautiful but the staff are who make the experience extra special! Highly recommend it for families and couples. The owner is extremely reaponsive and accommodating. Can’t wait to visit again!!

From start to finish, the experience was absolutely incredible.Joseph, the owner, was incredibly accommodating and helpful with all of our questions and requests. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable vacation. The staff at the villa were also exceptional. Sunshine at Springville

I don’t know where to start? Springville was the perfect stay for our family. The accommodations were faultless and the staff extremely warm and welcoming. We were well taken care of throughout our stay. It’s located perfectly in Montego Bay for anything you might like to do off property. We found ourselves sad to leave when it was time to go. Can’t wait to return!

Amazing place!

We had such a great stay at Springville for a photography retreat. The grounds were beautiful and the view was incredible. All the staff, especially Ginger, were fantastic. We ate all our meals at the villa and the food was great. We'd be happy to recommend Springville to anyone visiting Montego Bay!

Outstanding vacation rental!

A person couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Jamaica. The home is incredibly clean thanks to Felicia. The food prepared on site was absolutely delicious. Vincent and Ginger make a wonderful breakfast, lunch and dinner. We made a plan on meals early in our week and those fellas took it from there. Alwayne drove my family on a daily adventure. He gave us ideas of where to go and he was always with us. The home’s grounds are beautiful and safe. This is a must see location!

Amazing Experience

Ginger and Vincent was the most amazing host I have ever worked with. The villa was beyond exceptional and everything was just gorgeous. The view was impeccable and I honestly wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else. Everything was clean, nice, and safe and also the maid make sure she kept our area clean at all times. I would recommend this villa to any guest and we definitely will be staying here again.

My overall experience was just amazing, me and my friends enjoyed every minute of the stay. The whole staff party was so welcoming and friendly, The Chef was amazing and the delicious food was a hands down, the butler was awesome and amazing, the housekeeper was just wonderful and amazing. All the rooms were to perfection and spotless, can't forget about the driver Mr. Trevor, he was so easy going and friendly and very helpful. Hands down to the whole stay, nxt time I travel that way this is mostly definitely my first pick, you guys are the real MVP's! TY Mr. Joe

The perfect vacation.

If you’re looking for the absolute perfect spot with the absolute perfect staff. This is where you go. Unbeatable. 10 out of 10. Nicest human beings on the planet. With the most luxurious amenities. The staff quickly became our good friends and made our experience unforgettable. The property owner Joe is one attentive and incredible person that you could ever deal with. My family will be back a few times a year. Well worth the money. In fact, it’s well worth double the money.

The pictures and descriptions do not do the property justice!! The view is absolutely amazing and the rooms are huge! The staff will create a memorable experience!!! You get to enjoy authentic cuisine prepared by the chef and the butler Ginger is great! He decorated for my birthday and we had a fantastic dinner outside!!! 10 out of 5 stars!!! Amazing!!!!

The Perfect Getaway

This trip was absolutely incredible from start to finish. We came with two families, including four young kids. The host was great about upfront planning and communication to make all logistics a breeze. Once we arrived on property, the amazing crew were the perfect hosts. Ginger, Vincent, Sheldon, Felecia, Alwayne and others were amazing to both the parents and the kids! They made us all feel very welcome and comfortable, making sure our every need was met. From hot coffee and delicious breakfast first thing in the morning to Vincent’s delicious dinners and Ginger’s desserts… every meal was thoughtfully planned and top notch. A true vacation in every way for busy families! We would definitely look to stay here again. The interior and exterior of the gorgeous house are even better than the pictures show. We can't wait for our next visit

Our recent trip was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Travelling with a party of five females, we were keen on finding a destination that could accommodate our group seamlessly. Fortunately, we stumbled upon a gem where every detail exceeded our expectations. Upon our arrival at the property, we were greeted by an amazing crew who turned out to be the perfect hosts throughout our stay. Ginger, Vincent, Sheldon and Felecia; their warmth and hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome and at ease, ensuring that our every need was not just met but anticipated. Every meal was a work of culinary delight and pleasure. We were even introduced to new foods. Each meal was planned and executed with precision, adding an extra layer of indulgence to our vacation. Didn’t want to leave

This was a trip of a lifetime. I traveled with friends and family for a couples trip to celebrate the new year and relax. This was the perfect property to do just that. The scenery is gorgeous, house is clean and comfortable, and all of the amenities helped to make our stay perfect. We spent most of our days outside taking advantage of the pool and plentiful outdoor living. What really made our trip was the team/staff that work at the property. They took care of us, were professional and kind, and truly amazing people. And the food was delicious! We opted for mostly traditional Jamaican and I am so glad we did. Joe, the host was responsive, friendly and helpful, including connecting us with massage therapists who came to the house and were amazing. I definitely want to make this an annual trip. Thank you for a joyful experience!

Fabulously Fifty

What a perfect place to celebrate my 50th birthday!! Springville is an absolute gem! The property is a beautiful oasis, so much so, that you don’t have to leave!However, the Crown Jewel of this property is the staff! Ginger was so personable, thoughtful, and kind. He made sure our needs and requests were met. Vincent prepared delicious meals every day that rival any 5 star restaurant!On my birthday, the space was decorated with balloons and a “happy birthday” banner! We were a party of 5, and we each had our own GORGEOUS bedroom/bathroom. There is not a bad room in this property, so no need to argue over who gets then”best” room! Our party was so impressed with Springville, and we’ve decided to make it a yearly destination. 10 stars!!! AMAZING!!

The best birthday experience ever!

If you’re looking for a place to experience the best of what Jamaica has to offer, look no further. Springville villa — a tastefully designed colonial style modernized home with Jamaican touches, is one of the Caribbean’s best kept secrets. Communication with Joseph the property manager about specific needs regarding my 50th birthday celebration with friends was a breeze. On arrival, Ginger the Butler and housekeeper — a professional yet kind and diligent man, ensured that our stay was perfect. Vincent the chef, gave us a taste of Jamaicas delicacies, including sugarcane and loads of mangoes! And with Felicia’s thorough cleaning, you will feel pampered and well taken care of. I can’t thank Alwayne the driver enough for his warm hospitality and knowledge of the whole Montego Bay region, or the gardener Sheldon, who keeps the grounds meticulous, and knows how to put a donut in the pool just at the right moment. We also asked for the services of two massage therapists — (those ladies sure know how to loosens those tight knots!) and a local photographer to capture a special dinner moment. Thank you for sharing this beautiful experience with us and for making my 50th at this exquisite gem of a home spectacular. We are sure to return!

A Slice of Paradise

This is definitely one is the hidden gems of Jamaica. The location is serene, the property is sprawling, and the staff is SUPERB! Hands down one of the most relaxing vacations I have ever taken. There was something for everyone. We spent the majority of our time in the gorgeous pool that overlooks the side of the island. We had plenty of refreshing drinks and snacks, but it was the large pool floats that won my 6 year old over. The pool was heated upon request and the view at night was unlike anything I had ever seen. What the pictures don’t show you is the gorgeous and comfortable lounge space to sunbathe and nap steps away from the pool. Or the beautifully covered outdoor seating where we watched the rain blanket the sky. For those of us that prioritized fitness, the onsite gym was perfect. The rooms were spacious, large, and comfortable. It was a slice of heaven. If I could give a MILLION stars to the staff I would. Mr. Ginger, as we affectionately called him, is the House Manager who tended to our every need while we were there. He coordinated our meals with the Chef who was OUTSTANDING!! We chose to focus on authentic, traditional Jamaican food and we were not disappointed. I loved that all meals were served ON TIME. But the best and nicest surprise were the delicious chocolate chip cookies prepared as a snack, available whenever we wanted. Ms. Felicia did an amazing job keeping our rooms immaculate and our personal laundry clean. It felt like home away from home.

Beautiful villa! We can’t wait to return!

Just wow. The photos definitely don’t do this villa justice. It is absolutely breathtaking. The property is exquisitely appointed from the the gardens and beautiful tropical flowers on the outside to the decor on the inside. There is even a vegetable garden on the property where the chef picked fresh callaloo each morning for breakfast. There are mango and papaya trees and we loved having freshly picked fruit each day. The rooms are all fantastic each with it’s own en-suite bath. We couldn’t bring ourselves to leave the villa which is just what we were looking for in our vacation. The staff made our stay truly unforgettable. Ginger, the butler, went above and beyond and was such a pleasure each day. No ask was too much. Felicia, the housekeeper, greeted us each morning with a smile and the chef cooked delicious local food every day. They key lime pie was a treat. This is the perfect place to unwind. We loved all the outdoor living space to take in the views whether it be the veranda, the sofas on the deck or the lounge chairs beside the gorgeous infinity pool. The house and staff exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to return.

I wish I lived here

The property is a dream, the house is incredible, and the Springville family is so warm and welcoming. Our group was four girlfriends celebrating our 40th birthdays. Our birthday theme was getting ourselves taken care of: mission accomplished. The food. Oh my goodness the food. After our first meal we decided we didn’t want to eat anywhere besides home. We wanted to not have to make any choices, Vincent and Ginger prepared and served us surprise meals and everything was incredible. The brown chicken stew, lobster, ackee and salt fish… warm cookies. I cannot pick a favorite. The rooms have total privacy and the beds are very comfortable. All of the bedrooms and living spaces are incredibly designed with comfortable and substantial furniture. The entire experience was a luxury. We relaxed, worked out, ate, drank, ate more, and lounged. We left planning our return trip. Joe was a text away with answers to all of our questions. He was more on top of our flight info than we were. Thank you to all the staff that made our birthdays so very special. We felt the love. Thank you Ginger for the birthday decorations!!!
