Seawind On The Bay is located on the safe and exclusive Freeport Peninsula and nestled between The Secrets and Sunscape Resorts. The Montego Bay Yacht club, which borders Seawind offers fine dining and an exclusive bar. Along the Peninsula is a jogging trail for your early morning or sunset runs. The beach is within a five minutes walk. A romantic hideaway, ideally suited for a couple. Unit has a queen sized bed and sleeps two persons. The space was recently completely renovated and is fully furnished with air conditioning, kitchen and a full bathroom. Some of the amenities afforded to guests include Wi-Fi and cable television. Guests have access to the entire garden, pool, club house, bar area and barbecue grill. There is laundromat within the complex and tokens are sold at the main gate 24/7\. After a fun-filled day, guests can relax on the studio's private patio which is set amidst the complex lush garden. This is luxury on a budget designed with you in mind. Serenity On The Bay is within close proximity to shops, restaurants and grocery stores as well as the beach. The space is very private, but not too secluded, one is sure to meet other vacationers and form lasting friendships. An excellent property for quiet time that affords one the ability to relax and enjoy the cool Caribbean breeze. The renter refused to refund so I was unable to leave. They asked for my number and I provided it. They said a Pablo was calling from vrbo and no one called. I had nowhere to stay and my sister who rented the place for me said I had to stay if no refund was given. Mrs. Patricia said she could not authorize a refund but cancelled the booking. I had nowhere to stay so followed the Mayo Clinic's mold and allergin protocol, www. mayoclinic.org /diseases-conditions/ allergies/ in-depth/ allergy/ art-20049365 As I have fibromyalgia and am on disability for it, I had to guard my health. And had to move all rugs, bed covers, curtains and fabric covers sprayed with fabris. I removed the toxic substances outside which is poison, allergy and mould protocol for health and safety. The next morning, agitated and toxic I had to both guard the owners fabrics whole I tried to work out the situation. Neither verbo nor the owner would confirm a refund yet threatened to remove me. As I got sicker I refused to leave. Then I left. A refund was never given. Only a credit. Both vrbo and the renter lied. My sister had paid for the property. I paid by getting sick. Only essential oils are hypo allergenic. Most people are scent sensitive. That vrbo is unaware of this is shocking. I have photos of the artifical sprays and 3 glade fresheners, one powered, that were used in the 15'x15' space. What a horrible experience. I went to another hotel. It's ground level suite had the same issue. They moved me to an above ground room. The best way to cure mold is with essential oils like camphor in a spray. Reduce fabrics in a room and put cushions in the sun to demold. I had to use anti-allergin and mould procedures to demold and de toxify, freshen the place by putting all fabrics rugs and cushions outside because VRBO did not call the Jamaican number I gave the owner but my Canadian number. This was miscommunication and ignorance on the part of the owner. Her housekeeping people accused me of trashing the place and ignored my allergy protocol and preferred to operate in ignorance. She has way too much fabric in a small space so it is ripe for capturing mold and odors. A pristine modern aesthetic would be easier to clean and less claustrophobic. ##### Selina W. This was our first trip to Jamaica and my first time using VRBO. Totally satisfied with this apartment and excellent help & communication from the owner/manager Patricia. We found everything as described, the apartment had everything we needed, everything worked, it was clean and well decorated/updated. Patricia is a god send, very good communication and support. The property is in a gated complex and very secure, the pool area is very nice, the back of the complex is looking out on the harbor (great for photos), next door is the MB Yacht Club which is a great hang-out, bar/resturant with an upscale feel. I would recommend staying here to anyone. I do want to add this apartment is not mixed in with the all-inclusive resorts (which is what we wanted) and you will need to take a short cab ride to/from the airport or to the major shopping areas in town which is about $10 per trip but the savings more than makes up for this. Enjoy! Also, here are two trusted drivers in the MB area, they are reasonably priced and dependable (Branton 876-296-7462 or Ken 876-477-4753). ##### Jeremy T.
