overall a great choice. actually three hotels on one property. a fairly long walk to the room if you choose ocean front as we did.

Friendly staff. Nanny was excellent. Kids were entertained while mom & dad relaxed. Food and drinks, including alcoholic drinks, were good quality. Entertainment coordinators were excellent. Resort caters to kids needs. I will return & highly recommend it to my friends with kids. Worth the $.

We cannot describe the beautiful view from our villa! it was just spectacular to wake up to the view of the mountain the pool and the bay. the stuff is just wonderful and greed you by your name and your kids name, which is very cool for them to learn everyone's name especially my boys have not an easy name to remember...) Everyone is super friendly and make you feel just like home . We've also got and I'm grade in our villa which is include another room very much needed and we were very happy with that . What make this trip even better is if we can actually use and cook in the kitchen . It was very challenging for us since the boys are very picky eater and the price for food is on the high side . 90$ for breakfast and $150-$200 dinner. The place offer coffe/tea, sandwiches and cookies between 4 and 5 PM! that is a nice complementary touch! Thanks for Mark for handling our special request for our kids in the restaurant . We are definitely want to come back to Avilla but we will make a request to be able to cook for her self We are definitely want to come back to A villa but we will make a request to be able to cook for ourselves. We highly recommend this place the beach is just fantastic for little kids as well as adults .

The overall look if my apartment was great. I loved that we could walk from the back porch to the pool. Some if the lighting fixtures were not complete, the showers felt like it was attacking you and the water heater wasn' t working very well. The power went for the entire night into the morning and the generator is not connected to the rooms. So we were hot all night and not able to cook breakfast in the morning. Staff was very friendly & security guard extremely helpful.

The hotel is in a beautiful setting but some areas of the hotel are pretty run down. The sports complex is just kind of sad to look at besides the basketball court. The activities beach area was amazing plenty of things to do on one of the nicest beach settings I have been to. The staff was pretty friendly all over the complex. I only had one instance were the staff was not very attentive. That was in the buffet line. I was the only person in lie and instead of asking what i needed the cooks just gathered together spoke then cooked themselves food before asking what I needed. Also the excursions are very misleading. Lied to about which bars we would attend to and the time lengths of the bus rides.

Beaches Ocho Rios was a fabulous place for our family with teenagers!

get what you pay for! basic service but nice place to stay

Stay was short but memorable none the less! Hope to return sion and for a longer duration.
