Everyone was friendly and welcoming, but I want to especially acknowledge a few staff members who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable: Nardia, Horace, Ocean, Red Bull, KK, Too Short, Konkrete, and Mickey Mouse. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel right at home, and I am deeply appreciative of their kindness. I can't wait to return to Iberostar Resort. It was a wonderful experience for both me and my son, and we look forward to creating more memories there! "

"Resort was very nice. Staff as a hole was awesome from the time we stepped foot on the property. We will greet it with smiles luggage taken in and checked in with that. We were able to walk around the ground by our room was being prepared. And very helpful.
