"This is a spacious studio flat at the top of a tenement with 67 stone steps up to the flat so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The flat was very clean and fairly comfortable with plenty of storage and a good size kitchen, reasonably well equipped for a holiday flat. The bathroom is very nice and there is plenty of hot water, but the basin tap is loose. Excellent location just above Princes Street, with a lovely view over Frederick Street, with easy access to city centre and public...

"Was terrible, old limited toilet roll and only like 2 rolls for the duration of stay. Was never informed of 4 flights of stairs so not child or baby friendly in the slights. Had stains food marks on duvet and all over the sofa and kitchen . Nespresso machine there without Nespresso coffee. Limited soap and shampoo provided usually this should be always ulenough but unfortunately not. No iron board , no detergent for cleaning clothes. All in all very poor and check in process was diabolical link...
