"We enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect and great views of the city--close to Old Town, New Town, and airport tram. Clean and well-equipped. Be aware that it is up 4 flights of stairs with no lift, which was fine for us, but would have been hard with large suitcases. Laundry did not really work, and no detergent provided (instructions might have helped), and bed in 2nd bedroom would have been tight for 2 people, but luckly, there was an extra twin mattress under the bed that our son used, and...

"This is a spacious studio flat at the top of a tenement with 67 stone steps up to the flat so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The flat was very clean and fairly comfortable with plenty of storage and a good size kitchen, reasonably well equipped for a holiday flat. The bathroom is very nice and there is plenty of hot water, but the basin tap is loose. Excellent location just above Princes Street, with a lovely view over Frederick Street, with easy access to city centre and public...

"Was terrible, old limited toilet roll and only like 2 rolls for the duration of stay. Was never informed of 4 flights of stairs so not child or baby friendly in the slights. Had stains food marks on duvet and all over the sofa and kitchen . Nespresso machine there without Nespresso coffee. Limited soap and shampoo provided usually this should be always ulenough but unfortunately not. No iron board , no detergent for cleaning clothes. All in all very poor and check in process was diabolical link...
