"The service provided by the employees at this property was exceptional. The team provided assistance with airport transfers and transfers to a cruise ship. Email communication was prompt and on the ground service was the best we have received in Europe. The hotel location on the water was safe and convenient short walk to main tourist sites. Restaurant recommendation for dinner was non-touristy, local food and very affordable. This was a great hotel experience -we will definitely return!!"

Excellent staff. Excellent property. Beautiful decor, very retro. You would love it. The workers went out of their way to make you feel comfortable and safe. "Close enough to walk everywhere easily but away enough to not feel like you are in Times Square type of crowding. Hotel was clean and beautiful. The shower water pressure wasn’t the greatest but that’s really the only downside. Air conditioning, shopping and food close, it was a great stay."

"Comfortable room with lovely amenities. Super clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. English is spoken by all we have encountered. Great location for sightseeing. Outstanding breakfast.
We were provided several options for transportation from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to our ship with costs. When we decided before we arrived, reservations were made with clear instructions. A property. "
"The grounds were impeccable! Every location of the hotel was service oriented. The breakfast was fresh and constantly replenished. Our room was spacious and well appointed!"

"This property is what we were expecting! We were taken to an annex building; and we thought the room was going to be bad but it turned out to be quite spacious; like a small apartment. Will stay again!"
