First time in NewYork for a 2 day trip while on holiday in Florida,chose this hotel and it was a good choice. We had a great view from the 41st floor over Times Square. The room was clean and the beds were comfy and had a good nights sleep.All staff were pleasant from checkin staff to cleaners to security staff were a credit to the hotel. First time using Expedia and everything went seamlessly. Would book again no problem.
Excellent weekend stay. The staff couldn't be nicer. Opt for the upgraded rooms if available as the rooms are very small. That being said - the rooms are well laid out and well appointed. Very, very clean.

We stayed at the muse for 3 nights in December to celebrate our 10 yr anniversary. Perfect location to see all of the NY site. A few outside noises at night but it's NYC so that is to be expected. Staff is very helpful. Nice sides rooms despite the myth that rooms are always tiny in NYC.
the room was both comfortable and immaculate. They even clean the channel changer. The bathroom is tight with a small sink area. But it was super clean. I had no worries of germs. The staff is far better than many "luxury" hotels I've been in. The breakfast is included and very generous (both hot and cold items). I would highly recommend this place
