"Staff and amenities are first class! "

"Carpeting in rooms elevators and entrances need to be replaced. The room I stayed in had filthy curtains / blinds that did not raise/open. Poor lighting in the room. I was not able to properly adjust the heat. A noisy rattling was quite constant. The tv was large so that was nice. The staff were superb. Water everyday. "

"Room was very clean, and extremely quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and near Central Park, the subway and numerous stores. It was a little more expensive than I hoped to spend but overall a great value for NY. Look forward to staying here again."

"Staff are great, a/c was working this visit. (yay!) There were several young women who turned the overhead light on and conversed loudly after midnight. That’s the only thing that made this visit four stars instead of five."

"We had a wonderful stay. Traveled with husband and our 5 year old. Pull out couch was actually really comfortable. Appreciate that! We were able to easily order delicious food to the hotel at the end of long days of travel or exploring. 1 2 or 3 subway lines are very closeby for easy transit anywhere in the city. Staff were kind and characters and we loved them. Hotel is in Great condition. Will definitely look for deals to stay here again!"
