the tours, and the free workout classes they had. The welcome party was excellent. It was my first time staying at a hostel and I a blast. I was surprised of how big the hostel was. Another thing I really enjoyed was how there was hot water for the shower 24 hours. I was skeptical about this because of the amount at was present there during my stay, to my absolute surprise it was not an issue. I highly recommend this place and don’t be scared if it’s your first time, it was my too. The staff are there 24 hours and are helpful without an attitude.I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip. So glad to have had this experience.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Checking in and out was very efficient. Location was convenient to a lot of places in New York, especially Central Park. Room was nice and clean upon arrival. Close to the subway station too so made traveling around New York doable.

Great clean spot. It's a bit annoying that you have to share a room but compared to paying hundreds more in Manhattan I think it's way worth it. A little hard to find towels, but everything you need is provided. Laundry machines available for a fee. I was pleasantly surprised to see everything was very clean and well maintained. Thanks for the stay and God bless!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The common areas are nice with lots of lounge space, there's even an outdoor patio area. The room is clean and about how you'd expect. It was a nice touch to have a curtain by your bed for some privacy. The only place that wasn't clean was some toilets but that's probably due to some guests being inconsiderate of others. I would recommend for a hostel.

A great hidden gem especially for those traveling on a budget. NYC has great restaurants but that can get expensive so the cooking facilities are a tremendous asset. The patio, bar/ lounge, pool table are all great amenities

Clean place, helpful staff, good option for long or short stays. The beds are comfortable, and the showers too (the toilet are a bit on the small side, but nothing major). Rooms have a locker, AC and heater. It has a cafeteria in the lobby and a new bar for guests. Study room, kitchen, laundry and other spaces are available for guests. Check in or check out processes are very smooth, and luggage storage is available.
