The staff was courteous, the room was clean, and it had a kitchenette. This was my first experience booking a hotel and flight online, and I was concerned it would not be a good one, but it went quite well.
We absolutely loved Element New York Times Square. The staff was very friendly - the breakfast buffet was outstanding and our room had so many amenities. This hotel is a hidden gem - it is the best place to stay in NYC!
This was the perfect place for our weekend of Broadway shows. Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and convenient to everything, it was a lovely stay.
