"The Sea Containers exceeded my expectations. The staff was so warm, welcoming and friendly. The lobby area and bar and restaurants were all beautiful and delicious. The room was spacious with a very large bathroom with great lighting and perfect for sharing with a friend. The location on the Thames was perfect, near the London Eye, great shopping, restaurants and bars close by. I would definitely stay here the next time I'm in London!"

"This time I chose a basic room, it was indeed smaller than the premium room I booked before but still featured a sofa, a table and a window with street views. The other thing delighted me was that the room service is 24h. I had a good steak at 1pm."

"The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We requested to be moved to a different room upon check in. Not only did they move us to a better view, but also provided a bottle of champagne. They also had no problem holding our bags after checking out and waiting g for a red eye flight that night. "

"I’ve stayed at this hotel quite a lot in the past, but I think they are lowering their standards lately. The fire alarm kept going off for quite some time late in the evening. I tried to get a drink from the bar and they wouldn’t serve me. I understand they don’t work open the bar all But when you disturbed the fire alarm, I thought it should be possible to at least get a drink To say this is a five star hotel they need to look at their policies"
