"On arriving early at the hotel for an overdue birthday celebration with my Mum, we were greeted by really friendly reception staff. We were able to leave our bags until we could get into our room, and our room was upgraded, which was a lovely surprise. When we eventually got into our room it was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The complimentary mini bar, chocolate, biscuits and reusable red water bottles were a thoughtful touch.
