"This was a great little hideaway - just a few streets away from the city centre. Room was clean and soundproof windows for ground floor. Hot water needed to run a minute or longer to work, otherwise this was a pleasant little hotel for my stay."

I was told I didn't have conditioner or body lotion because to save the environment by having less plastic bottles in the room but some of the other rooms had them and I had to go out and buy these items so their logic is...

Gorgeous restaurants and bars all over! Staff were kind and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Krakow."

"Everything was great! Breakfast was a little expensive but the buffet is huge. The front desk let us in early and that was much appreciated. Love that it had a bathtub, pool, sauna, and steam room. Close to downtown. My only complaint would be that the hot tub was not hot enough. "
