Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our trip to Poland this year, Novotel Kraków Centrum was hands down the best. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back! The location is excellent, about a 10 minute walk to Wawel Castle, and the underground parking is very convenient. I always pay close attention to cleanliness, and our room was spotless. What impressed me even more was that, knowing I was traveling with two children, their sleeping arrangements were already prepared on pull out sofa with fresh, clean bedding when we arrived. It’s a small detail, but it showed me that the staff took the time to make sure our family was properly accommodated. We had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Dinner was 10/10! We ordered steak, chicken, and salad, and everything was fresh and delicious. Breakfast had a great variety of fresh options as well. The pool, jacuzzi, and sauna area was another wonderful bonus after a day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. On our last day, the front desk even allowed us to leave our car in the garage at no additional charge while we spent a few more hours exploring Kraków. We really appreciated that kindness. Great location, spotless rooms, delicious food, wonderful amenities, and excellent service. I highly recommend Novotel Kraków Centrum, especially for families. We will definitely stay here again!
