Nothing, we arrived at the property and it was all locked up and closed. We had fully paid up, no one from the hotel or Expedia (we had booked with Expedia) had told us it was closed, so I want my money back that i had paid. Do Expedia pay me my money back with compensation???

Nice little hotel very close to the old town. Ideal for walking into the old town for food, bars etc. Walls are rather thin and could hear a lot of noise from other rooms and outside. This would be the only bad point from the weekend. I would stay here again as the location was brilliant, the room itself was nice and the staff were friendly.

Very good service, brilliant value for money, staff very helpful, breakfast was great and very cheap! The quiet time 10pm while 7am is in the dot. 7am in the morning the work begins and it’s LOUD if you are in the ground level apartment like we stayed, luckily we woke up at 7 each morning

Perfekt läge med gångavstånd till det mesta. Rent och fint rum, det enda negativa med rummet är att det var väldigt lyhört, kunde nästan tyda vad grannarna pratade om. Trevlig personal!

we liked the room and although we had a issue with the shower it did eventually get sorted as for the staff they are very rude and very unhelpful, They need to go on a customer service course and be less abrupt and friendlier to customers

kawa w pokoju powinna być wliczona w koszt pokoju a nie 5 zł za kapsułkę. Za darmo była herbata i kawa z mleczkiem gotowa która nie jest zdrowa i my takiej sztucznej nie pijamy. To by napewno podniosło standard plus jakby chociaz była woda w butelkach gratis. Bywamy w różnych miejscach na świecie i tam to jest standard. slychac od rana chalasy, sprzątania pokoi i gości wychodzących i wchodzący już po 7 rano. Lokacja bardzo dobra, wszędzie blisko.

Bra beläget Hotell i ett historiskt Europa

Krakow är en spännande äldre stadsbebyggelse i det historiska Europa. Hotell Pergamin Apartments är mycket bra lokaliserad för att både besöka de äldre stadsdelarna som att ta en transport till Auswitzh som Saltgruvan.

Een mooie ruime kamer. De laatste dag gingen wij naar beneden voor het ontbijt en dat we terugkwamen op de kamer had de dame van de schoonmaak al de douche ruimte schoongemaakt, we hebben dat nooit eerder meegemaakt, we hadden zelfs nog geen sleutel ingeleverd. Mag dit wel? En op een kastje stond mijn lege flesje water die ik altijd meeneem weer in mijn tas, die was ook verdwenen.
