“Thanksgivng in Krakow”
I loved this hotel, very nicely renovated. All the staff was very helpful. Beautiful breakfast area, right across from castle, very good view, lovely shower, large room. Received upgrade in room withour asking. We spent 3 days two nights wished be could have stayed longer. I would definitely stay there again maybe in spring and fall when warmer.
“Great Hotel and Great Location”
Lovely hotel with loads of Character. Comfortable rooms and great breakfasts served though until 10:30. Located very close to the main square and castle and lots of really good restaurants. Nice small indoor pool in the basement. One minor downside. There is a bar but it is not cosy or inviting but this should not detract from the overall experience.
“Superb character hotel”
We booked the Copernicus for an long weekend anniversary. Upon arrival (Krakow Shuttle taxi - well worth booking) the staff were extremely friendly and gave us a good welcome. The rooms are lovely - old-fashioned luxury and style all of their own. Sadly we didn't eat dinner in the hotel, preferring to tour Krakow's wonderful city centre, but the menu looked fabulous - probably the most expensive in Krakow but still on a par with UK gastropub prices not going to break the bank. The pool in the cellar is a must! The location is perfect - on a quiet side street but with the castle and cathedral only 100m away (greta view from the rooftop terrace) and the market square a 10 minute stroll through the lovely streets of the Old Town. Definitely going back - you really cannot do Krakow justice in 4 days - and we'll be staying at the Copernicus again.
“Excelent Hotel in ideal location”
Excellent location, central for the Castle and Old Quarter, but quite at night. Brilliant service, friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble.
“A Great Luxury Hotel - Can't wait to return”
Stayed here for seven days, while on vacation in Krakow. This is a first class hotel in all aspects. Initial welcome, from the manager, was probably the best I have received, in all of my travels. Room was spacious, and always clean. The front desk and the restaurant staff were first class through-out the stay. They were able to connect me with a very good tour company, for the tours and the transfers to the airport. Location is very convenient, and surrounded by excellent restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel.. My words do not do it justice.. Krakow is a hidden jem of a city!! So much history, so beautiful and absolutely great food. We plan to return!!
“Great Hotel in Krakow”
This is a very nice hotel. It is steps away from the castle and from the street that takes you to the main part of town. Check out the pool area and the rooftop terrace.
“Highly Recomend”
What a great place. Location is perfect for visiting all the sights in Krakow. The staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was very tasty, with a nice selection each morning. The pool was just wonderful, great way to relax after a day of sightseeing or a break in the afternoon. Can't say enough good things about the visit to this hotel.
“Best in area”
The hotel was great, Staff could not have been nicer or more acommadating. Location is excellent. Rooms are very spacious. The rooftop garden is spectacular. Breakfast included, and service here too was great, I would definitely stay there again.
“Great service”
We had a lovely stay at Hotel Copernicus. We were particularly impressed by the quality of the staff - friendly, helpful and quietly efficient. The hotel is in a wonderful location for exploring the old town. If we return to Krakow, and I hope we will, we will defintely return to this hotel.
“Nice place to stay”
The hotel is in the perfect location to easily enjoy the city on foot.
