"This is an excellent hotel. The staff are especially friendly and efficient. It’s located in a convenient area with a 10 minute walk to the centre and 2 minutes from the river and Wawel Castle. There was some road works going on close to the hotel, but they’re likely to be completed soon. Overall an excellent place to stay in Kracow. "

"We had a small interruption on our last night of four. I’m so impressed with the way it got handled. Michael the Manager and Marchin went above and beyond for our family stay. We rented the Imperial and the room below. The Imperial is incredible. THERE IS A PRIVATE HOTUB ON THE ROOF THAT LITERALLY OPENS TO VIEWS OF THE WAWAL CASTLE 🏰 NEXT DOOR!!! AMAZING FOOD. MICHELIN RATED RESTAURANT POD NOSEM RESTAURANT IS THE MAIN FLOOR. Unbelievable value. "

"This was a lovely apartment in a great location for accessing both old town and Jewish Quarter, had all necessary amenities and was a great price. I've not given 5 stars as paintwork could be doing with being touched up, the pillows are too soft, it's 2 single quilts on a double bed (2 singles pushed together) and the street itself is not the nicest due to renovation work. Also, there is no name of the actual apartments outside so wasn't the easiest to find. But i would stay again. "

"Gorgeous hotel right in the centre and near all the best parts of Krakow. The only reason it didn’t score 5 stars was the noise and the curtains in our suite. We were in room A118 which is a gorgeous suite at the front of the property. We are aware that a city break isn’t relaxing but the noise from outside was constant. Bin men at 5am on 3 of the 4 days and lots of local revellers in the early hours of the morning. Not the hotels fault but do consider if you are offered room A118. Also, the...

"Very nice place to stay right on the market square. Had a suite and it was truly amazing, and very clean just like the rest of the establishment. Example one morning after breakfast, one of the staff was cleaning the elevator to include the mirror. Staff was very nice and courteous. Breakfast was so delicious and freshly made. Ate dinner in the restaurant one night and it was amazing and again staff was great. I would stay here again if I plan to go to Krakow again. "
