“Would certainly use again.”

I have used this hotel four times now and have been happy with it on each occasion. It is only a ten minutes walk from the railway station with its large shopping mall, and five minutes walk from the main square. Reception are courteous and helpful and all speak good English. The rooms are on the small side, particularily the bathrooms - but are adequate and clean. Breakfast is adequate with a reasonable choice of hot and cold food. Do try the restaurant in the evening, an excellent menu and relatively inexpensive. The hotel has a small bar which also serves tea and coffee and is open for most of the day.

“Great location, much better than it looks”

Located a short walk away from the market square and old town, within easy walking distance of Wawel and Kazimierz. At first glance it looks rather grim and Eastern bloc, but is very clean and modern inside, with a large new expansion to the rear, where our room was situated. Room was clean, very comfortable and quiet. Staff efficient and friendly, with excellent English. Breakfast good, lots of options, although the breakfast room is small and fills up quickly, so get down early. Really can't fault the hotel at the price we paid.

“Great location, good hotel”

The hotel wasn't much to look at but was in a great location, just a 5 minute walk from the old town, and near the train station and shopping centre. Our room was fairly small (a twin) but was clean with a decent shower. Although take your own toiletries, I'm not sure how effective soap, showergel, shampoo and conditioner all in one is :-). The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was nice.

“Very pleasant stay”

Stayed for 4 nights at Wyspianski Hotel. From the outside it dosen't look anything special. However the interior is very spacious, modern and clean. I only had a single room but it was more that big enough. Comfy bed everyting modern and in good working order. The location is perfect, its a very short walk to the main market square. The area as a whole is very safe at any time. Large buffet breakfast, I even ate in the restaurant a couple of times and the food was delicious and very reasonable priced. Also found the staff to be friendly and always willing to help. Overall a very happy stay and if and when I go back to Krakow I would certainly consider staying at the Wyspianski Hotel

“The place to stay in Krakow”

We found this hotel to be extremely clean and ideal for a City Break. The room was clean and adequate for our needs with a very large Shower room. The Restaurant was very good and the Breakfasts were excellent with a very wide choice of food. We tried to eat in the Restaurant one evening and found we should have booked because it was full - obviously very popular and again the menu looked excellent. We were 10 minutes from the Main Line Railway Station and the buses and trams also stopped there. From the Airport they ran a Free Shuttle bus to the Station which was just a platform. Krakow was two stops away and the end of the line. We bought our tickets on the train and paid 10 Zlotes - just about £2. The Hotel is on the Main Road and set back with a view of the Park opposite and a side road leading down the the Square. We were able to walk to all the main attractions and would thoroughly recommend this hotel as a place to stay for a City Break . It could not have been better!

“Wyspianski Hotel - Birthday gift for girlfriend”

Generally satisifed with Hotel, excellent location very close to Square, think we were a bit unlucky as we were given room in the same floor as school trip and the kids were missbeahaving one night, but after I complained to reception they acted very quickly and the noise and misbeahaviour was immediatly rectified, so full marks to the reception. only one other thing the holiday was for my girlfriend but we had single beds on opposite sides of the room from each other. I would reccommend this Hotel.

“Krakow.....Wow!”

Great location with only 5 minutes walk to the old town and 10 minutes walk from the train station which is direct from the airport. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful with many things, including organising hotel pick-up for tours.

“2nd visit”

Great position,very good staff.Rooms good no aircon/safe/mini barplus balconys could do with a lick of paint.But food and drink is great position 100% and great staff.WHAT MORE DO YOU NEED.

“Worth a visit”

The hotel looks a bit tired from the outside on first appearance however once you step inside it is very modern and clean, I was in a room in the new section,the room was well fitted out maybe slightly small by European standards,there was free wi-fi although tea and coffee making facilities would have been nice, the breakfast which was included in the price had a good selection. The location is just a few minutes walk from the main railway station and a large mall as well as central sights. If I return to Krackow will definitely look to stay here again.
