Truly, truly incredible location - in a great neighborhood and also very close to the Metro, the water and Las Ramblas. Rooms were modern and clean. Service was efficient and polite. Great balconies overlooking Calle Princesa. Highly recommend this hotel!

“Chic, modern hotel in awesome location”

We LOVED our stay at this hip little hotel in the heart of the Barri Gotic. The staff was super friendly and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. Its situated in an area with tons of tapas bars and great little shops. The free Internet connection was a huge plus as well. The room was a a little small, but it has a GREAT shower, which I've found to be a rarity in my European travels. Free bottled water on every floor was a nice touch... we always grabbed some on our way out to sight-see. Walk to La Rambla wasn't bad, maybe 10 minutes. Would recommend this hotel particularly for young couples, as the night life in the area is excellent.

“Moderate hotel conveniently located to tour bus lines.”

Stayed here a few nights before a cruise. The hotel was clean & comfortable. There was a breakfast served in an adjoining restaurant which was adequate. Don't expect a 5 star hotel. This is a modest hotel that is clean, has a friendly helpful staff and is near all the local sight seeing. Barcelona is wonderful and I would like to go back and see more of the city. For a longer stay, I might choose something a bit more upscale, but I would not hesitate to stay here again,

“Ciutat de Barcelona good value”

Recently renovated and some are continuing (Sushi restaurant on site closed for upgrades). Basic but clean accommodation in the very best location in Barcelona, one of only two or three located right in Gotic Bario. Mattress in room was major fault, concrete hard on king bed. Breakfast good but no coffee available in room or hotel for those of us who close the great neighborhood bars late previous night. Lots of great restaurants in area and short walk to commercial area (Cortes Ingles, etc). Lots of trendy shops in the area. Neighborhood is very safe. Staff were lovely, Internet connection is great and free. Free cold bottled water on each floor. Value for money is excellent for anyone wanting to be in this area of the city. Almost everything else is twice the price. Have already sent friends to this hotel.

“Hotel di Barcellona in posizione strategica”

Consiglio vivamente questo hotel perchè l'ho trovato migliore di altri superiori di categoria. Molto pulito, in una posizione strategica per chi vuole visitare Barcellona: metro, bus, ramblas, spiaggia tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Inoltre per chi ama dormire al mattino assolutamente silenzioso. Se dovessi tornare a Barcellona senza alcun dubbio tornerei in questo hotel.

“Bien situé”

Hotel très proche du musée Picasso. Rue "Princesa" très typique de Barcelone. Quartier vivant et animé, mais pas de nuisances sonores lorsqu'on est dans la chambre. Proche du Parc de La Ciutadella et de Las Ramblas. Proche de la mer (15mn à pied) Personnel aimable et professionnel. Pratique: on a pu ranger nos vélos à l'intérieur de l'hôtel. Bon rapport qualité/Prix, mais dommage que le petit-déjeuner ne soit pas inclus.
