Hotel was very very nice and in a great location, right over the Ponte Vecchio Bridge. It was close to the airport and near everything, even a supermarket. The hotel had a sitting area on the second floor where we sat one night with our own wine and snacks and looked out onto the street. The employees were very polite and called our next hotel to confirm. The breakfast every morning was exactly the same but there were enough items to that you could have choices. It was really a lovely hotel and I would definitely stay there again!
"Very central hotel. Efficient and friendly staff."
The hotel is absolutely in the centre of the main historic centre of Florence. Everywhere is within a short walk, and perhaps 25 mins to either David or the Boboli Gardens. We only slept and washed at the hotel, but it was comfortable, the staff friendly and efficient. Everything you need for a City Break
Immediate attention upon arrival, room prepared and ready. Clean, furnishings beautiful, staff professional. Location close to train station and major sites. Breakfast on terrace dining room nice and view spectacular.
Very nice hotel! We were surprised, because we didn't expect to find a hotel with good price and that level of luxury. Good room, no carpet (for those who are allergic), good shower, amazing breakfast. The best croissant I ever had. And the employees were very kind. Talk to Aman, he works at the breakfast area. Very kind man! Free wi-fi. Good location. It's possible to do almost everything within walking distance.
A beautiful central located hotel..... Staff was outstanding .... Spotless hotel... And 5 minute walk to train station, sightseeing locations and amazing restaurants. I travel often and don't often rate hotels a 5 out of 5 but this hotel deserves it! Also great breakfast included!!!
A beautiful boutique hotel. .loads of beautiful furnishings, art and antiques. Amazing buffet breakfast. .very unexpected. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a little something special for their Florence experience.
My daughter and I spent 4 nights in this lovely hotel during a recent birthday break in Florence. The Hotel was so convenient for anywhere in Florence and we easily found a wide range of restaurants to eat in. We made time for aperitivos in the quiet bar (in mid November) where the bar staff were so attentive and produced lovely appetisers to go with the drinks.
