"I had originally booked a room with a shared bathroom, but upon recommendation from the hotel clerk, upgraded to a room that had the bathroom inside. That was the best choice I could have made. The room was in an area that had been recently renovated. The room was very spacious with a separate living room, and a very modern and functional bathroom. I didn’t get the breakfast option, but would recommend others to get it as the cost of a simple continental type breakfast in the restaurants...

"Lovely space to rest for the night with an awesome view of the canals. Safe, queit and clean. Nice to have a shower in our room, sharing the bathroom with four other rooms on the floor was easy, only waited once for using. There's a sink in the room so easy for getting ready night and morning. Breakfast was nice, continental style with boiled eggs. Super comfortable sleep. Would stay again. Close to shops and restaurants. 10 minute walk from train. "

"We had a very comfortable stay at Locanda Fiorita. The location is perfect for walking to St Marks (10 mins) not too close or busy but further enough away to be much quieter. It is also very close to Dorsoduro, which has great galleries and affordable and typical Venetian food. The hotel is also 3 minutes walk from the airport Vaporetto, which runs regularly. "We had a bit of hard time to find our keys as we got there and nobody was at the reception desk. They don't speak English but we managed with google translate. Room was super nice and clean and is a 5 min drive to Treviso airport. We also find dining that was amazing, so overall a good experience."

"The buffet breakfast was excellent and the cappuccino was to, from a proper machine at the bar.The 2 owner brothers were approachable and answered any questions that we had and overall the hotel was more like a 3 star than a 1 and good value. Also the AC in our triple room was great and the shower was quite powerful. "Good location in center with parking, clean, but limited working hours of reception -we adviced our arrival a bit later coming from another city,reception was empty 5 minutes earlier, we rang, no answer, we rang again, a women almost shouted unfriendly that we dont need to ring more times, but we were worried nobody was there. "We got a 2 twin bedroom apt. w/ 1 bath. It was beautiful. Had some cracks here and there but that is to be expected since the island is mud and shifts. Beds comfortable, hot water to last 4 ladies. Kitchen equipped. There is a waterbus transport stop down the walkway so it makes it conveniant to get around by public boat transport. Resteraunts and stores close by. Safe area as well. FYI Any hotel you check into in Italy needs your passport info asap. If they dont document you are in the country...
