"Very good standard email communication.. the apartment needs to be updated.. screens for bugs are broke and let a lot in .. bathroom needs to be redone completely.. really!.. space is huge, free Coffee and everything was clean .. 5 stars but reinvest in your property.. really needs some help "

"The hotel apartment is very spacious and close to water bus line #1 Academia stop which makes commute to and from Venezia San Lucia train station a breeze. The apartment is like the photos and within 15 minutes walk to Rialto Bridge or Saint Mark’s Square. We will definitely stay at San Vino Palace Luxury Apartment again. "

"This was our second stay at Gaffarro Apartment, and we are looking forward to our third. It is a 15 minute walk from Piazzale Roma, the big center for buses (As in, from the airport…) and vaparettos; maybe 20 from the train station, handy to many tourist-friendly trattorias, cafes, bakeries etc, with grocery stores fairly convenient by P Roma and Campo Santa Marguerita (great for a drink and people -watching ). This apartment is fully equipped (superb Wi-Fi), with the best set of kitchen...

"The apartment is in a wonderful area away from the tourist crowds. It was easy to walk everywhere or catch a vaporetto. The area around the apartment had some restaurants, a small supermarket, fruit/vegetable stand, cheese shop and coffee bar. The apartment itself was large and had balconies overlooking a Canal. A great place to stay !"

"The loft apartment was as described. It was clean, the bed comfortable, and pillows were good. The place is very quiet! The kettle was appreciated for morning coffee. There was a notebook with wifi info, and a page of info on trash & recycling. Very particular instructions. We recycle as well, but there were many instructions. We took trash out and put in bins daily, but did leave some in receptacle the day we left. Hopefully we did it right! We tried to leave it clean, except for dirty towels....

"Centrally located near everything. The unit was a 5-10 minutes walk away from all the major Venice sights. The room was clean but lots of noise from its central location. Dishe cleanliness was not the greatest but otherwise, very clean. It advertises with free wifi but there are none to be found in the unit which affected my confort rating. Lots of planning goes in those trips nowaday, requiring reliable internet connection. There's no front desk as it is located 5-10 minutes away!"

"It’s a spacious one bedroom apartment for three of us. We stayed in the Master bedroom and our teen boy stayed in the comfort double soft bed located the living room. There is a good size kitchen and lounge areas. Strongly recommended to a family with 2 kids. "

"Room was large and it was really clean. Also have great soundproof walls as we barely hear other guests. A large supermarket and McDonalds nearby with around 8 minutes walk, very convenient when we wanted to cook dinner ourselves using the mini kitchen. Also near to Mestre train station with around 10 minutes walk, surrounded by many different hotels and you can feel that the road is safe "

"The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The room was comfortable even more so once we worked the central heating out. Breakfast selection was very good although the "hot" food was barely warm and consisted only of scrambled egg and small pieces of bacon."
